So here's my question for everyone: What quotes out there give you motivation to be a cop?
My bathroom has a law enforcement theme going right now (lol) so I'd like to put something up there to read for motivation everyday since I'm in the process of becoming a deputy sheriff.
Look up the essay "On Sheep, Sheepdogs and Wolves" by Lt Col Dave Grossman. Its far to long to post here, but it probably the most inspirational thing you'll ever read. I read it at the start of my work week, every week.
Another inspirational quote for me is the one in my signature from Isaiah. It sums up how I feel about this profession. Send me into the breach. Send me into trouble. Send me.
How about: $#!+ or get off the pot.
If you think you'll need a plunger, you probably will!
If it's yellow let it mellow, If it's brown flush it down!
Don't shake it more than twice, because... well... you know.
This is the sink not a cute little pee basin!
