how do police track down a fugitive???
Ive heard of criminals fleeing the state or country and stuff but how can they be caught. I dont see how they can run? Because for one the person has a social security number and say for example if this individual was to be employed at a job or even rent an apartment he or she has to reveal their social....isnt it possible for the police to just run their social and find out where they are? or how about tax time when the criminal fills out the taxes...assuming he does that.......
Also if this person wanted to get a license, and they go to the dmv and they are wanted...dmv will see this right. wouldnt a "red alert" flag pop up under the persons name??

If they were smart, had jobs, driver's licenses, updated their personal information through DMV, and paid taxes they probably wouldn't be criminals.
As far I finding the ones that run...
