Just wondering if anything has changed since obamas initiative with 5 other cities has been enacted. Sounds like about 783k went to each department.

Well from what Obama has said lately these are going to be test cities for his new initiatives, they will supposedly be bringing in the best policies and procedures. Taking data on use of force, stops, etc, just wondering if anything has changed policy wise or any new training being offeredComment

It includes things like policy changes and increasing use of force reporting. It's essentially a waste of taxpayer dollars designed to make people think that there is more accountability within police agencies and that they're becoming more progressive, when in reality is basically just the federal government finding more ways to violate the 10th Amendment by getting involved in local policing, while at the same time wasting tax money that could go towards more important things like paying off national debt or covering the gas bill for all of the Obama staffers that are going to funerals of dead criminals instead of dead cops."Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence."
