Bank of America blocks ammo and gun transactions
This is nuts. How is this even legal? Looks like I'll be going to the ATM first before I go buy that box of ammo to take to the range...SCHP TCO

Very confused on this, heard it may be a hoax (reports of others not having this issue). Perhaps it's a specific local bank somewhere ignorantly trying this? Very fuzzy on it at this time

Lolz, "fuzzy" ...like the gun graber's world.Last edited by Empire02; 01-15-2013 at 11:08 PM. Reason: I make a funny

Sounds like it was just a rumor.
I think what happened is BoA is withholding funds from a certain online gun distributor due to his high volume of recent sales to make sure there was no illegal activity.

I thought it was that BOA froze the account of a actual gun manufacturer in the NE. And that it had more to do with the sudden surging influx of money from all the rush sales.

This is nothing new for those idiots at Bank of America. They are NOT friendly to firearms businesses. McMillan, famous for their rifles and stocks, was outright told by Bank of America that their account was being forcefully closed and they would need to find another bank. The sole reason was because they were a firearms manufacturer.

One step ahead, President Obama announced a plan to reduce gun violence and protect the teens and kids. I think Obama has made a tough stance on gun control this time. Obama urged the US citizens to ask their representatives “why getting an A-grade from the gun lobby is more important than giving parents some peace of mind when they drop their child off for first grade.”
Is there any answer ?

Yes. The answer is that Obama is a propagandist with strong dictatorial tendencies. If he gives someone peace of mind they need to get their mind checked.
The NRA has no problem with background checks and you don't need an AR or 30 round magazine to kill wholesale, especially little kids. How many young adults did the Virginia Tech shooter kill? The bottom line is that Obama's show was all about using a tragedy (while shamelessly using children for props) to further a long standing desire for gun grabbing and control while doing nothing to make the kids safer."Government's first duty is to protect the people, not run their lives." For the children!
"Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.”
