According to ABC news they arrested her husband.
Source and rest of articleThe husband of a police officer who was fatally shot on Christmas Eve while patrolling in suburban Milwaukee has been arrested in connection with her death, authorities said Thursday.
Benjamin Sebena, of Menomonee Falls, was booked into Milwaukee County Jail on Wednesday night on a tentative charge of first-degree intentional homicide, the Wauwatosa police department said in a statement.
He has not been formally charged in the death of his 30-year-old wife, Jennifer Sebena. A message was left with the district attorney's office seeking comment.
Ben Sebena, 30, is a decorated U.S. Marine who served two tours in Iraq before suffering severe arm and leg injuries in a mortar attack, according to Pastor Scott Arbeiter at Elmbrook Church in nearby Brookfield. So speak and so act as those who are to be judged by the law of liberty. So so sad. RIP Officer Jennifer Sebena
The husband fessed up. To murder an officer, your wife, and right before Christmas.... sigh. There's a special spot in hell reserved for this "man".

He is playing the "PTSD made me do it!" game.......PATHETIC.
Any vet who uses it as a defense for committing their crimes is pathetic, too......(Yeah, I've been downrange too, so please spare me the flames.......)Just another squirrel, tryin' to get a nut......Hidden Content

Seeing his history, he was crazy before he went into the military too, so I don't buy his PTSD crap. Simply put, he shot her after stalking her for a period of time while she was working. He's nothing more than a jealous POS that doesn't deserve the protection he's now getting.

The directors of the National Law Enforcement Memorial Fund have decided to NOT include Jennifer Sebena's name on the wall because, they say, she was a victim of domestic violence and did not die as a result of her employment.
Please sign the below petition to ask the NLEMF to reconsider their denial. Thank you!
