Oh.....My...God! I just got done calling my good friend from my Criminal Justice courses! All we have been doing is working towards CPD...waiting....praying! Well I turn 24 in December of 2010. Good to know that I am not old enough to serve with CPD!

I cannot believe this! Hey.....but if you had military....and are 21 you get the green light. I am OUTTA HERE! This was the final hope for me to stay in Illinois. I just feel sick to my stomach. All I have worked so hard for.....CRUSHED

I would apply anyways. I am still probably going to apply. Maybe someone else will understand that the age requirement is BS and will get struck down. AT LEAST I CAN TELL MY KIDS SOMEDAY THAT I GOT TO APPLY FOR CPD.....SINCE THEY PROBABLY WONT HAVE ANOTHER TEST TILL I AM 28 YEARS OLD!

I just applied. They did require more then normal. I just scanned my info and saved.

I started the application on my laptop, and every time I'd go into one of the "search" pages, I'd come back and my info was gone. I don't think the website is Mac friendly. I'll apply later today in our business center, that way I can scan my transcripts and what not.

The test will be interesting, that's for sure. I always feel like an old fart at all the suburban tests at 29 years old.
