Ohio State Parole

According to there web site Ohio State Parole is going to hire around the first of the year. Anybody have info on how competative the hiring process is or any other info that isn't posted on there website. From what I understand they are sworn and armed.

I had a friend that just left the sex crimes unit. He was armed, but as I recall, he wasn't a "sworn" peace officer, although I think he was still considered LE for purposes of his employment.

You should check out the Ohio Reveised Code at Andersons Online. That should answer a lot of your questions.
