Exclamation Waist Chain / Shackle safety??
Holy $hit! I just saw a video of some guy getting out of waist chains and shackles in...I $**** you not...10 seconds! All with a piece of a comb and a piece of a "shorty" toothbrush. Has anyone else seen this? This guy got out faster than I would be able to key him out. Amazing!!!!!

I have not seen it but that would not surprise me. Remember, nothing is fail safe.
