Question Help finding a case

Hello All,

My name is Erin and I am currently a student at ITT in the Criminal Justice Program. My class this quarter is about Written & Interpersonal Communication (Methods for Law Enforcement). I have to write a 3-5 pg paper regarding a case that was thrown out of court due to the inaccuracies of the police report or a police report that was unethical. I know this is not a subject that would make an officer proud to voice or reference, however I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
Thanks,
Erin

Look up the court case "Mapp vs. Ohio".

Look up news for the past year with the Baltimore City Police. They have a cluster with their "Flex Squad" right now which is going to result in a lot of cases being thrown out. They have also had several other cops get jammed up for various things which resulted in a lot of cases being tossed.
