The McHenry County Sheriff’s Merit Commission is seeking applicants for Merited, Full-Time Deputy Sheriff positions. The commission will hold a mandatory orientation session, written exam, and physical agility test on Saturday, April 27, 2002, at 900 a.m. at the McHenry County Government Center, 2200 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock, IL.

Eligibility requirements are as follows:

• Twenty-one (21) years of age on or before April 27, 2002;
• A high school graduate or GED;
• A United States Citizen;
• Possess a valid drivers license; and
• Become a resident of McHenry County within one year of being hired.
