The Glendale Heights Police Department is seeking applicants to establish an eligibility list for Police Officer. 2 immediate openings. Minimum requirements to apply:
• $10.00 non-refundable Application Fee (Due at time of submission)
• U.S. Citizenship or Legal Alien Admitted for Residence
• No Felony Convictions
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associates Degree OR 60 Semester College Hours OR 90 Quarter College Hours
• Valid Illinois Driver's License
• 21-35 years of age OR 20 years of age with 2 years law enforcement studies at time of application OR as otherwise exempt from age limitation by Statute
• Residency within 20 miles of the ViIlage Limits by the end of Probation Period (18 months)

Important dates Orientation 800 p.m. on 04/03/02, Physical Agility 1000 a.m. on 04/06/02, Written Exam 1000 a.m. on 04/13/02.

Completed applications, release forms, required documents, and application fee - due at time of submission (made payable to Village of Glendale Heights) must be returned to Glendale Heights Police Department no later than 800 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2002. *Applications may be turned in at the start of orientation held on April 3, 2002 at 800 p.m.
