Suresights
Has anyone actully ordered and received anything from suresights? I ordered the new Tritium night sights in March of 2008 and still have not received them. I did get a couple of emails that they were having production issues, but they have stopped. I have sent several emails and even called the 800 number, but have yet to get a response. I think that since my credit card was billed immediately and the fact that it has been well over a year, I should have been refunded with an apology or at least a call back and them offering to make things right.
I was under the impression that the company is owned by a current, or former, police officer, so I have given way more leeway than I would with any other business.
