I bought a Glock 19 while I was stationed in europe and brought it back with me, the other day some one told me it was more vaulable the US models becuase of some unspecified internal differences. I have never heard of this and was wondering if any one else has? and if so what are the differences, the only ones I can see are the frame markings. STAY SAFE!!!

No difference to my knowledge. If you got hi-cap mags that are not leo only, then it is worth more, but the gun is the same as any US glock 19.
Best wishes,

If the weapon was sold overseas, it probably has different proofmarks and lacks the common "U.S." suffix in its serial number. Other than that, it is identical to Glocks made for U.S. distribution. The different proofmarks may make the weapon SLIGHTLY more valuable to a collector, but probably not enough to make it worth your while to sell it. Keep and enjoy your G19, its a fine weapon.
