What type of rig would you guys suggest
for a H&K USP Tactical? most of the time
its really hot here and concealing a
full size .45 is a chore.
Belt,Shoulder,I.T.W.B etc...?????

I wear coat and tie every day, so it's easy for me to say belt.
I carry my full-size .45, a SIG P220, in a Don Hume H726. I do have a Galco IWB for it as well, but being a big fella, I find it pretty uncomfortable except with my baggiest trousers, so I don't use it much.
I like it because it's a semi-open front, and you can clear leather pretty quickly, even with the big weapon. It is also very concealable - because it is a thumb-break, and my jackets all have reinforced linings, printing is greatly reduced, except of course, when I remove my jacket in Chinese restaurants. http://www.officer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

In pants holster with loose fitting shirt. Buy shirts designed not to tuck into your trousers. Yeah, it looks sloppy, but oh well. http://www.officer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
Otherwise consider a large fanny pack (if you don't mind carrying a purse http://www.officer.com/ubb/wink.gif)

I'd agree with Don. An inside-the-waistband holster is the way to go for concealment. If you must have your shirts tucked in, a few of the manufacturers have shirts which you can tuck in over your pistol. I don't have one and cannot speak to how well they work.
I also have a belt holster and a shoulder rig for my 226/228. We all end up with a bunch of holsters for the pistols we carry.
Don--carrying a purse? This interests you?
Be safe.

I hate to go out on a limb here, but for concealed carry, I'd suggest going to a different pistol.
Especially if we're talking off-duty.
But that's just me. http://www.officer.com/ubb/smile.gif
