So i just wanted to know what is the most exciting and least exciting thing you've done for a birthday. My uncle had his yesterday and he went to the library to do homework for like 4 hours then Barnes and Noble to read. I was thrilled with excitement for him.
Mine is today and the funnest thing I've done so far is job hunt. The rest of my day looks pretty pathetic.:(

Happy Birtday!

Call up a friend and go do something! get out of the house! :) Hang out with family!

My best birthday...let's see... well, they must have been pretty good these last few years because I can't remember 'em! :) JK. The best birthdays are the ones where you can spend time with friends and family. The worst are those where the people you love most aren't there to share it with you.

Thanks for the wishes i have a unique situation though cause i just moved to this state and as somewhat sad as it is i have more friends on here than i presently do in my new location. Oh and i don't drink so there goes the bar idea. I really need to get out of the house though.

On my 25th birrthday, I worked the overnight shift at wal-mart, and then when I got off from work, I immediately headed to my other full-time job.

My favorite birthday is my zeroeth, when I first got to look around and stretch out a bit, after Mom let me out!

I remember my 25th birthday (it was last year). It was September 9th, a Sunday, so on the 8th I went out to dinner with a large group of friends and then pulled my hair out later that night while my Hokies got romped by LSU 48 to 7. This year my birthday is during the week so I'll be having a party that weekend...and hopefully the Hokies will beat Georgia Tech that weekend.

Happy birthday and even if you don't drink, you could still go out somewhere and start a game of darts or pool or something. Maybe start up a conversation with someone and make some friends that way. When I first came to the city I live in now I had one friend here and now I have a few different groups of friends. Are you into sports? The group of friends I hang out with the most I met last year through a coed softball league. Three of them are now my roommates! Only one played on the softball team and I met the other two through that person. Give it a shot! It can be lonely living in a new city and not knowing anyone but it will get better!

Welcome to adulthood. I've never "celebrated" a bday on the actual day. But my last celebration... well, I'm not going to say what happened ;)

Least favorite birthday: August 9, 1975. That's when my then hubby took me to Las Vegas. I hated it. I would just as soon put my money in a trash can as gamble it away.

Best part of that day: Nixon left office, per his resignation the day before.

oh and lets not forget the conversation about your wild night with friends that only bearcat was privileged enough to see. :P

thanks about the only thing wild about this birthday was the twinkie with 3 candles to blow out. I may get the pictures up in a few days.
If it was 21st the statute is up as long as you didn't murder someone so i think they should go up and be shared. :D

Happy belated birthday man.

My most exciting was my 19th birthday in 2007. A friend of mine who is ethnically Indian set up a surprise birthday party for me up at the residence halls at the University of Utah. I came to my room after changing the oil in my bike at my friends house so we can go riding. It's 12:30 AM and I come to my room and an acquaintance is waiting outside and told me to come with him.

I had given this person a ride once and he lost his wallet, so I was like, "Oh no, this guy thinks I stole his wallet!" Anyways, I trusted him with my eyes closed and we went over and I got a big surprise. It really was awesome, it was the first time I've had a birthday party since I was 10 and it was the first surprise birthday party.

My most boring was this year. I did a whole lot of nothing on that day. I did receive a happy birthday e-card from my mother though.

Happy late birthday Nate.

I don't have really fun birthdays yet, lol. Hmm... looking forward to my next one in several months though. Not much comes with it but it does open a few doors. All my friends and everybody at my school goes to some club for their 18th (thought most you had to be 21?) but not me, not my thing. Me and a select group will simply sit and I'll have my first legal cigar with them. That will be my ceremonial thing. :D

Sarkis: Man, I'm about to send you a gift this year, lol. It doesn't seem like you've been able to have any birthday fun before, that needs to change. :)

EDIT: Sarkis, when's your birthday?

My 25th was back in February. My parents took me out to a nice Japanese steakhouse. I spent the evening with my D&D buddies just hanging out and gaming.

I'm a bigger home body than most people. Most of my b-days are spent in the company of my family and very closest friends. Usually my parents take me and a friend out to an expensive dinner and then we have cake at home. I like quiet, intimate things like that.

I wouldn't call *any* of my birthdays "exciting". I get exciting gifts sometimes though. Every other birthday or so, my mom gets me something ridiculously expensive. I got a $1500 saddle for my 24th bday, and a $5000 horse for my 16th. Stuff like that.

25? My GOODNESS you're OLD! ha I'm kidding bro! Happy Belated birthday! I hope you enjoyed it... This year on Valentines day I turned 22... and it was the first time I ever got to run down a suspect. (B&E) And somehow we caught him in the act... And the guy I was riding with looks at me says "WTF are you waiting for young blood go get that co**su**er, as he was running away he turned around and looked at me... He was wearing face paint... I shoved him down and cuffed him... only to find out he was a 17 year old kid I had taught while I was subbing during college :-/

hoosier I wish I could have had a foot pursuit on my 25th. I'm still in the process so I guess it's a good thing I kept it tame. Valentines is kinda ruined for me thanks to my sister sending me to the hospital in an ambulance a few years ago. Not being able to feel your legs is a weird feeling.
