I'm thinking of sending off a Remington 870 to Scattergun to have it modified. Has anyone dealt with them? If so how was the work and were you satisfied?
One of our newer guys sent his 870 off and got it double-bead blasted, new synthetic stocks, night sights and a tac sling. He loves his. I think the total cost was around $250.
Except for the new matte coating I could do what they did for a LOT less. Save your money.
