Anybody here wear glasses? I never realized there was a minimum requirement for uncorrected vision. I figured that as long as your glasses got you to 20/20 you were good to go. Now with contacts they say there is no uncorrected requirement so my plan was to switch to soft contacts for the medical. Problem is I just called the recruitment # and the person said that you need to have worn the contacts for 6 months to be able to pass the medical. She said that you would just have to retake the medical in whatever months is needed to get to 6 months with the contacts. Is this true that you can get another chance to pass the medical and won't get disqualified on the spot. Basically if you get to the medical you're hired right as you've passed everything else?
