How early to arrive for written test?

I have the written test for SDPD tomorrow AM, Im curious as to how early I should get there?

Have a good breakfast...take traffic into consideration...possible line to get into the facility, etc. An hour sounds good?

I've had a 9am appointment for an interview at 8am, because I was there early and the guy ahead of me was 3 minutes late! Always better to be early, well dressed, and calm and prepared.

Yeah, don't forget a pencil and pen too. I couldn't believe how many people, probably 50% of the room, didn't bring one when I took my written. I expected the proctor to dismiss them for being unprepared, but they just furnished pens to the people that didn't bring any. Still looked bad though
