Shift Bidding

We currently have 12hr shifts and rotate every 4 months, we are going to shift bidding and will work the entire year either 0600-1800 or 1800-0600 any thoughts on this?

That sucks, Ive done the 12 hour gig many times. I prefer the 0600-1800 personally since there is more going on during the day and it goes quicker for me.

I love twelves. If you toss in your holiday, you only have to work four strait days once a month. I'm a night-owl; 18/6 always works best for me.
