good document software (search warrants)

I have been trying to find some kind of software program (like an Affidavit Maker type) to use when writing search warrants.

What does everyone's agency use when writing search warrants?

There has to be something better out there than just having some basic templates saved in Word and rewriting the whole thing every time. With all the redundant information between the affidavit and warrant some software program that could fill in the blanks would be just great.

Any tips or software names would be appreciated.
