I'm currently processing for the Port Authority P.D. and unlike the NYPD there is only one form that PAPD requires that is typed, the Candidate Chronological Data Sheet'.
Unlike the NYPD as well the form is no where to be found on the PAPD's website.
It's 3 pages long and I'm hoping somebody can get this form onto PDF format for any of us that need it, thanks in advance.

Ummm, obviously I have it.
Like I said, it needs to be TYPED and I was hoping another candidate that was also processing from PAPD somehow managed to get it onto their computer in a PDF file that allows it to be typed on.

I ended up just copying and pasting the PAPD headers onto a word doc and then creating a table and going from there. Looked better than their original form and my BI had no problems with it.
