For the language critical skills section, would spanish be good enough? Or is that to common? Am I better of looking into Arabic or something else?

I've seen that, it's just that I figure spanish is probably very common so would it really help you in that category? Or would another language put you ahead?

Just so you know, their Spanish test is tough. I have known several native speakers who have failed the test. I'm well educated and use proper spanish at home (castillian) and I had a hard time. I scored 3+, still a pass... but not a home run.
Spanish is spoken by millions in the US, the FBI needs to have enough agents that can speak the language. In my opinion there is enough demand for Spanish that if you can pass the DLPT you will do well...
