Anyone work for this company? They are hiring special police for DOE sites.

Well, despite all its "homeland security" and "special police" wording, it's a security job, not a law enforcement position. And I would guess its like most private for-profit contractors in that their goal is to make a buck, not ensure public safety.

Well, I guess you know more than the federal government does, being that the majority of this countries critical sites are guarded by private contractors.

e.g. federal buildings, federal courthouses, US airbases, nuclear powerplants, etc., etc., etc.
