Hi. Just looking for opinions about "where" I should be looking as there are many hiring but I don't know where my best shots would be. I live in New Jersey but will relocate. I appreciate your time.
Bad. Mushrooms 2 times- 23 years ago (this is the BIG one), pot through High School but very few times after that and nothing in the past 11 years and certainly none in my future, Baltimore DQ'd me instantly for Mushrooms. I'm a bit older at 40, 2 moving violations (running red light 1990, stop sign 1985), only High School education.
Good. 20 years steady employment with the same Job with multiple times "Leadership" positions including Shop Steward and Foreman, excellent credit, I'm in good shape, My Union buisiness agent will give me a great written recommendation, will relocate no problem, never been arrested or charged with anything, driving record good with no points.
I'm just Trying to avoid the "shotgun" approach and concentrate on the Departments that will not DQ me instantly again for the mushrooms without hearing me first. Thanks again for reading this and your time.
