I've used one. Secure and hidden, but very difficult to get to. Plus it's hot in summer.
I'd suggest one in tan so it doesn't show thru your shirt.

The only time I'd use one is when I'm jogging. Nothing else seems to work under those circumstances and I'll only carry a lightweight S&W J-frame in it.

Yeah, this would be mostly for unconventional use. i.e. running

Maybe its just me, but if I were to go jogging, I would just leave my gun at home. I got bit by a dog once, so after that I was sure to carry mace though.

It isn't "just you" but when you walk out the door without a means to defend yourself you place your personal safety in the hands of others. If you are a Police Officer, that's a bad thing.
I run in a fairly nice area. I still carry my gun. No one has ever been raped/killed/assaulted in suburbia.....right?
I prefer to be one of the sheepdogs rather than the sheep. If you are going out for a workout what is a few extra ounces?
I have yet to figure out why a cop would EVER suggest to another cop to leave his weapon at home.
BTW, for you brothers who want to carry when you run or exercise. I currently carry in my Camelbak, but Eagle has a new "Runners Pack" fanny pack for a S&W J-Frame. They will be releasing the G26 model soon. That will be my new CCW when I am runing or at the gym. It is resigned to carry your gun, MP3 player, phone and keys. It's nice and small so it looke like somthing a runner would wear and dosent scream "GUN".
