Can anyone tell me what a CL paygrade is? I only know about GS. Can a CL somehow get transferred into a GS? Does a probation officer count as conventional badge and gun Law Enforcement? Thanks in advance.

This agency said they pay by CL and i have no clue what this means. Said they were federal.

I got no clue. The position is probation officer so I dont know how classified they are.
