Mass. police cars

I noticed that several PDs in Massachusetts have scout cars with graphic designs similar to those of Boston PD. I was just curious as to why this may be? Tradition? Just the fact that the design looks cool (which, btw it really does)?

ha...probably the cheapest design the powers-that-be saw in the decal magazine :-D

Holden PD cruisers are easily mistaken for Boston units. Very close match...or they were a few years ago before I moved to FL.
