Driving on expired license??? Idaho

How illegal is this in the state of Idaho? Can you be arrested for it?

Is driving on an expired considered driving without privelages?

Also, in the event of an accident would insurance not pay due to the expired license, even if it wasn't my fault?

It's "illegal".

Arrestable? It is in Virginia. It's punished as a class 1 misdemeanor. maximum punishment is 12 months in jail and / or $2,500 fine. That means you can get it all. rarely does it ever get punished at that extreme, usually just a fine, and in some cases a few days or 30 in jail.
Is driving on an expired considered driving without privelages?Yes, means "you ain't supposed to be driving".
