Renting solo or w/ roomates during the academy?

Looking for some opinions on living w/ roomies during the academy or going solo.

Anyone have personal experience with one or the other?

Any personal advice on areas surrounding the Irvine, Mission Viejo, Laguna, HB, to live?

Its all about your personality.

Personally, I'd rather live alone then have a roomie because I like my privacy.

But, here a few of the Pros and Cons of having a roommate

Pro:
Carpool, Help each other study, Friend to talk to, etc.

Con:
Might get annoyed if your roommate is dirty, Potential Drama, Etc.

Costa Mesa is a great choice for areas and I really enjoyed my time living there.
