I am currently in the hiring process for RSO . I have a background investigator but have yet to met her. I recently got into a fender bender
where I was at fault , the only "At fault " accident that I've ever been in.
I have one other " No Fault" accident on my record that happened about five
years ago and a few seat belt tickets within the past two years. Is this going to hurt my chances of being picked up ? Thanks in advance for the insight.

Just email her letting her know the status

shouldn't hurt your chances as long as you're straight up with your BI and not try to hide it

And don't try to sugar coat your involvement in the T/C either. She will see right thru that. I think if you follow the above advice you'll be OK.

Start wearing your seatbelt too :D

On a serious note. Multiple infractions, gives the impression that you disregard laws as you feel fit. As said before, don't downplay it when you talk to your BI. Own up to it and show that you have made changes in your attitude and behavior.

Good luck

I am currently in the background process for the SDSO, have you at least turn in you PHS? If you haven't, you will have to disclosed it in there and if you have already, then you would have to call you BI ASAP and let her know whats goinng on.
