bowflex vs. total gym

which piece of exercise equipment would you prefer bowflex or total gym?

I use a Total Gym on my back day to do some weighted rows and stuff. I like it but I'm not sure how much it costs anymore.... I would say you could be just as well off using free weights and mixing up the exercises but what do I know.

You will get much better results (and versatility) from free weights.

I personally use resistance bands. I'm just asking you guys which of the two you would've bought if you wanted to buy a fitness machine.

If you're picking one, go with the Total Gym. Have some heavy plates handy to put on you for those rows though.
