hi guys, i am new to this forum and i had a quick question maybe someone could help me. On an application to a police department if it asks you have you ever applied to any law enforcement agency or another police department what should i put? I have applied to numerous just to get my foot in the door but if i say yes does that disqualify me for the position? or should i just say no? any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Disclose it..... That will show how bad you want to be in a LEO job. However, I would advise that you use the same info (i.e. references, character info and etc.) to each one of them.

DO NOT put NO for the answer when indeed you have!
This is the beginning of your BI (Background Investigation) and they will find out everything about you. If you put no when infact you have, you have lied. Plain and simple. Lying is an automatic disqualification for most departments. ALWAYS tell the truth. They will find out during the rest of the BI and during the polygraph.
Applying to different agencies will not hurt you, lying will!
