does anybody know if westchester, ny police academy makes you redo the physical agility test over again at the beggining of the academy or do you just have to be able to do it at the end to finish?

If it's like the other police academies in this state, you'll be doing it a couple of times.

I graduated from the Westchester Co Police Academy. You will have to take the Cooper fit test 3 times: during the first week, right around the ninth or tenth week and during the last week at the academy. The first and second tests are used to test your fitness and let each recruit know if he/she will have a problem with the final test. You have to pass the final fit test to graduate. If you fail the first or second test you will be placed on PT probation and will work out during breaks and during lunch.
