Getting a California BCW

How hard is it to get this? Has anyone here received this? I've read through their requirements several times and I'm still confused somewhat about this. It asks for course outlines and such, but who has that? I went to college 12 years ago. I have a 2 year AA degree in law enforcement and have been a cop 10 years here in MN. I've had a lot of in service training. I wonder if that is enough to meet the requirements. It seems finding some of the stuff they ask for is impossible.

I did the expidited testing at LAPD and am in the background phase now. However, if that doesn't work out, I wanted to still apply around in CA and figured getting the BCW would be the easiest way.
