A few months ago I came across a video on this site of a Sgt. during a media news conference.

The Sgt. was emotional as a fellow friend, and LEO/PC, had been shot and killed by a convicted released criminal (don't remember the felony/crime).

Anyways, the Sgt. goes on to pretty much state that he will find the releasing Judge and hold him responsible for the death of his friend and co-worker.

It was an intense, emotional and heart-hitting video that I've been searching for. I want to show this video to my platoon.

Any help is greatly appreciated....

I don't like bad politicians, but appreciate good ones. Surely you must have worked for politicians at sometime during your careeree, Geezer?

I think the notoriously bad ones outnumber the notoriously good ones, but if it wasn't for politicians, most of us here wouldn't be drawing a check.

Nope....... Gotta real bad taste due to recent experiences.

Had one assemblyman I thought was decent look me square in the eye.....because I made sure the commitment was clear ...... and lie .....

Political connections are all over....... and the regular guy isn't aware of how deep they run....almost like the Masons.

Had the misfortune of tripping over a State Senator's advocate.... they are the ones you get directed to ...... because the Senators are insulated and don't take appointments. She happened to be a drunk, not very bright because of the alcohol and a NYS Supreme Court Judge's wife. Another political appointment because Supreme Court Judges don't make enough money.

She sunk my boat with the local Republican Sheriff stating I had treated her like a secretary and inferred she was stupid. Silly ..... she never could handle the details of a secretarial position.

No .... really can't think of a decent politician at the moment.

We could use that kind of leadership here.

Thanks for the video link, have posted that on our local forum.

There are good politicians? I think 'good' and 'politician' are mutually exclusive terms.

Politicians and criminals hate cops. Probably for the same reasons.

:D

Our Governor elect just appointed his new dept. of labor head,he was the head honcho for the Shaw group, who came here only AFTER Katrina and proceeded to rape the state in cleanup costs(charging about 150% over what locals bid on contracts, and getting it:()
