I am scheduled to start the academy on the 26th of November I just turned in my two weeks notice to my current employer yesterday.After the academy I have two weeks of OJT then a year probation...

How is it in your facility? any tips I know you only have two days in but hell some info is better than no info? that goes to anyone working with juvenile offenders I would love some insight as to what to expect. I will be working at the intake center for all males and females. the institution houses all the females but only intakes the males for something like two weeks.any tips would be appreciated.
