Thats all. David" Papi" Santiago May 21,1959- August 27, 2007. RIP Sgt.I went to the veiwing today. Im gonna miss him. He was a great Supervisor, Officer, and friend. I never had a father figure in my life until him. His legacy will live on in our hearts.

RIP Sgt. David "Papi" Santiago. Gone but never forgotten. I ask the officers and forum members to please pray for his family and loved ones. They are going through a tough time right now as well as I. :(

I wasn't able to go to the service and i'm covering day shift for a few hours so others who were closer to him may go.

It was nice. I still just cant beleive he's gone. He just seemed immortal like hed be around forever.
