Coming in to Boston this weekend to see the Angels play the Soxs. Arriving Saturday and leaving Tuesday. Anyone recommend things to see or good area for restaurants. Staying in the Revere area. Don't know if its good or bad. Any help would be appreciated.

Revere is not a very nice place. You can carry here with no problem on your badge. I would visit Quincy Market in Boston, it has lots of places to eat and the aquarium is just across the street. And maybe take a ride on the duck boats, they leave from the museum of science in Cambridge, very expensive though, I believe they are $28.00 a person. Is it just you or is your family coming?

Make sure you do the Fenway tour also. They leave every hour starting at 0900 up to 3 hours before game time. It only cost $12 and you get to see different parts of the Pahk.
I'd also recommend The Freedom Trail and Lexington / Concord if you have the time. The Duck Tours is fun, you'd enjoy that.
John is right, Revere isn't the best place. It's not like any of the bad places in the LA area but you might want to watch your back anyway.

Just my gf and I. I guess thats why the lodging in Revere was a little less expensive than other parts. Thanks for the info.

Was going to wear an Angels shirt to the game. Is that a smart thing to do over there? I've heard Fenway gets pretty rowdy.

You may get a few boos sent your way but you should be ok. However, I highly recommend you don't wear a Gary Matthews Jr. shirt. He isn't a fan favorite at the moment..

Wasn't planning on it, but thanks for the heads up.

You may get a couple of things thrown at you but nothing like if you were a Yankees fan. Have fun........

Actually say Sundays game. What a great experience. As you know, Angels won. Alot of history. Saw a few hometown Angel fans. Too bad we weren't able to spend more time over there. Need way more than 3 days. Did the duck tour though. Very cool.
