You didn't even bother to look did you?

Google search: "Triple I background check"

VERY FIRST FRIGGIN LINK: http://www.loompanics.com/Articles/BackgroundChk.html

The FBI maintains on the National Crime Information computer, a database known as the Interstate Identification Index, or Triple I for short. Triple I is supposed to be a comprehensive file of all serious criminal-record data on everyone who has ever been charged with a crime in the United States.

You are dumb and lazy.

Eveyone on the board deserves the respect of other members. Act more mature and professional, name calling is not warranted. You are correct though in the fact that a google search would have provided him the answer.

Sorry i put in Triple I and all I got was a software company? I did not know it was pretty much NCIC. Does it have a traffic record and everything MOORE, or is it just Major Criminal records? I have never been arrested, drunk, or tired drugs. I do have some tickets from my high school days. Sorry im just new to this

I am not going to call you names again, however I feel you are making little/no effort to look this stuff up for yourself and prefer it spoon fed to you. A google search of " interstate identification index misdemeanors" yielded this:

"Interstate Identification Index (III) The Interstate Identification Index (III), known as "Triple I," is an "index-pointer" system for the interstate exchange of criminal history record information. Under III, the FBI maintains an index of persons arrested for felonies or serious misdemeanors under state or federal law. (A serious misdemeanor is generally one that results in a jail sentence of one year or more.)

The index includes identification data (name, birth date, race, sex, etc.), and FBI and state identification numbers (SIDs) from each state that has information about an individual."

So, you should have nothing to worry about. Futhermore you should have already disclosed your driving record and citations on your background investigator. If you can't remember you can go to you local DMV office and fill out a request for records so you can list the exact date, place and nature and status of the citation.
