Fed law enforcement policies on scars/tatoos

Just wondering if anyone knows if the FBI, DEA, ATF, Secret Service, and ICE have policies regarding scars and tatoos for people in special agent positions?

I don't have any tatoos, but have a large scar on my chest and one down the back of my left leg from a past accident.

For each of the agencies I've worked for, and each I've applied to, the basic policy on tattoos was that they not be anti-government, racist, or obscene. That being said, someone who has tattoos that can't be covered up while in a suit and tie might not leave a favorable impression when interviewing.

Never heard of a policy on "scars."

I work with guys that are tatted up pretty good but nothing on the neck or hands.
