A few questions about interview

Hello all,

I have a couple of questions before my interview of Community Services Officer. Is business attire appropriate? Clean shaven of course...Is there anything that I should bring with me? A pen and paper for notes? Are there any certain questions I should be prepared for? I am proud to say that I have never used any drugs and I do not drink alcohol.

Well, I did well on the interview and I passed my polygraph (most nerve-racking thing I've ever had to do!!) and I am in my final stages of backgrounds :)

If you have small hands should you still shake everyone's hand? I'm afraid I'll be perceived as a weakling if I don't have a good grip inside larger hands.
