Any OFFICERS in Ky broken an employment contract between you and your dept and if so what was the final outcome?

It depends on the agency. My agency has taken one officer to court to enforce the contract stipulations and have let others go without enforcing the contract. I also have waived the contract if they were going to another agency and I wanted rid of them.
