I've seen pics of you and figured you already had rock hard abs! If you want an oblique exercise that is pretty hard core then PM me though.

No rock hard abs here. But I do include an abs exercise in my workout everyday. I usually do abs and legs on Monday, Abs and Arms on Tuesday,etc....

get an AB wheel. one of those funky little lawn mower like wheels with a handle on either side. they can be had at most sporting goods stores and will KILL your abs like no other. i thought my abs were pretty tough until i tried one.
here's an example at the beginning of this video:

Last time I posted pictures of myself on here. Some nameless moron reposted them with a dumb purple cartoon where my face should've been. No way no how...:(

isn't training your abs every day overtraining?

If it is. It sure isn't working. I don't always do it everyday like I said. I do rest in between my workouts especially if I work out for 3-4 hours a day.

Anyone have any hardcore Abs exercises I can do. :DAre you looking just to have strong abs, or are you after the "washboard abs" look? The latter is much more a matter of proper diet to lower body fat than it is about ab specific exercises.

I want stronger abs more so than washboard abs. I already eat healthy and watch what I eat.

That is hilariously funny.
I want stronger abs more so than washboard abs. I already eat healthy and watch what I eat.Well, in that case in addition to the Devil's Wheel I also recommend hanging abs curls, where you hang from a pull up bar and use your abs to lift your legs up. Imagine you are trying to touch your knees to your shoulders. Do it SLOW. Many people swing fast and are using the momentum not their abs to get their legs up. Not only does it not do much for the abs, but it can cause you to injure your back. For an added degree of difficulty hold one of those inflatable exercise balls between your ankles.

Here is a sample of how I train my abs:
1) Lying crunches superset with lying oblique crunch or lying leg raises:3-4 sets each to failure
2) Oblique Cable "Chops" 4 sets using a moderate amount of weight for 12-20 reps
3) Hanging leg raises: 3-4 sets of approx. 20 reps
4) Cable Crunches: moderate to heavy weight 3-4 sets, 12-20 reps
5) Roman Chair Hyper Extensions (to target the low back and tighten the obliques) superset with Trunk twists in the roman chair. 0 weight to light weight for about 3 sets going for high reps.
On other non-ab days, roughly every other day, I will also do a 0 weight high rep exercise like Swiss ball crunches for 100 reps or until failure.
I've read many articles on abs some say train every day, some say 1-3 times per week, and personally I have better results hitting them 3-5 times a week. Besides, they are your core/stabilizing muscles and in this line of work you can't afford to have a weak back/abdominal area.
PM me if you're interested in living proof.

When I was in the Marine Corps, we had a program called "Abs of Steel." It will literally KICK YOUR BOOTY! See if you can find it on-line. Honestly, I went from an ok stomach to a ROCK HARD 6-pack in about 8-10 weeks while we were on a ship deployment.
TRY IT!
