Brevard County Sheriff's Office

Can anyone tell me about Brevard County Sheriff's Office? I currently work at Clay County Sheriff's Office and I am thinking of moving South. I am wondering about the step plan (when do you max out and what is that max pay for a Deputy) and how is the moral? I can honestly say that poor leadership and too many pending cases is killing me up here. Looking for somewhere that does not have major issues in those two areas. Thanks in advance for the help.

road patrol and jail have parity

police certified deputies may have to work
jail transport vans for 2 yrs before they actually go on the road.

openings to the road maybe jail transport drivers.....

my buddy is a sgt , i'lll holler at him...

my buddy also is the actual SHERIFF too, as we known each other
almost 24 yrs, but don't think i'll bother him.
