Did any of you guys see the paper headline for Sat May 19th? Rochesters newspaper has a headline State Police Critique Manhunt, under that it states Probe into Phillips search blames troopers, not leadership. The article goes on to say that two troopers who had contact with phillips failed to make the right decisions. I find this very motivational.

Its not just the Democrat and Chronicle. That was in both the Newspapers down here. I did wonder why this was coming to light all of a sudden, months after Bucky's capture? If NYSP did a review of the response/actions of their troopers during the manhunt and did find any errors on the troopers part, why would they release the findings to the MEDIA!!!
