Thanks for reading,
Had my first oral interview today infront of a panel. Got lots of senario questions, and was VERY confident about my answers, and stuck to my answers, and I noticed that the panel kept trying to get me to change my answers. I did not change them and stuck with it. Ive heard before that you should never get a panel to make you change your answer, and see if you will stand your ground. I did that, stood my ground, never changed an original answer, but they kept pressing the issue, now, my question is, do they do that because they know there answer is right, or its what they want to hear, OR do they do it to see if you will stick to your answer, be confident, and not let them get to you. Any feedback would be great because its going to be a long two weeks before i hear back. Thanks in advace.
