My best freind wants to be a police officer. Her boyfreind commited a crime three years ago. Is this issue going to affect her in getting the job? They are not married and she was not involved. Thank you.

please be specific... commited what kind of crime? speeding? murder? was he convicted? is she with him? etc...

He was involved in money laundering but She didnt know about it. He was not convicted yet. Also, they are not married but together for 8 years.

i'd say no chance if she's with a guy who's been arrested for money laundering and i'm guessing you think he's guilty since you said , "not convicted yet."

so are YOU going to break up with him? :D

that was funny toughjerseyguy, but is not my issue. This forum is to help each other with questions not to lie. Also, I think in a long term relationship you should know something about the other person.
