send a Thank you note after you have an oral board interview. How do LE agencies view that? Is it something that can truly help you, or do Police Departments view that as a "sucking up" measue that is un-neccessary. I know in the suit and tie business world, people do it, and it seems professional, but what about LE? Thanks
