What happened to membership?

I just posted a reply in the Cops Only forum under the college requirements topic, when I noticed that it listed me as junior member.

Up until now, it was listed as member. Did the minimum get raised again? Glitch? Or are the fumes from the Drug Laws Forum wafting this way? : )
