ProForce, is that the place in Brea? I wouldn't bother with the Uniform Store (on Katella, aka formerly a branch of Long Beach Uniform, now bought out by Galls who is owned by Aramark), I am pretty sure they don't sell weapons there. If I were you, I would trek to LAPRAC at the original LAPD academy or try the gun store in Westminster off Beach Blvd called "The Stockade."

I would never recommend B&B. Yeah, they helped out during the North Hollywood shoot out, but every employee and every transaction I've conducted there was miserable - they're arrogant *****wads. IMHO of course.

B&B has been gone for years. The Stockade is overpriced. Even with a LE discount for a handgun I saved almost $100 buying the same gun at Turners the same day with NO discount.

LASD doesn't sell firearms anymore. I like Proforce in Brea myself.
